Swiss company aspectra AG acquired by CONVOTIS

After 25 years of continuous growth, the owners of aspectra AG felt it was best to achieve further growth with a strong partner. They asked Marktlink to find the right strategic partner. After a thorough selection process among the many interested parties, the deal team, consisting of Marc Reinhardt, Jelmer Duijve, Nicolas Knechtle, and Bart van der Krogt, found the perfect match in Germany: CONVOTIS, which wanted to strengthen its presence in Switzerland.

Both companies will benefit from the synergies the sale entails: CONVOTIS secures aspectra's extensive experience in individualised IT solutions with a focus on high-end security and performance standards, as well as its strong reputation in Switzerland.
