Talented new consultants recruited for Marktlink’s new UK office

Just a few months after opening its doors in the UK, Marktlink has hit the ground running, with two new consultants joining its central Manchester office. The new team members are Alex Wilson, previously with Deloitte Tax & Legal in Leeds, and Hari Griffith, who joins from OnetoOne Corporate Finance in Chester.

The appointments come as Marktlink expands its operations and resources in the UK in anticipation of expected demand. The new office has sparked interest from UK and European companies and investors, across a wide range of business and industrial sectors.

Alex has relocated to Manchester for the new role, and the University of York graduate is looking forward to helping grow Marktlink’s presence in the UK: “This is a great opportunity to expand my skillset and have a positive impact in the UK M&A market. M&A is a dynamic and fascinating field, and assisting entrepreneurs through the process has meaningful results for their life goals and businesses.”

Hari has experience across the corporate finance sector, including advising shareholders on selling and buying businesses, fundraising, and forecasting. He began his career at Mitchell Charlesworth Accountants, where he took his ACCA qualification and worked in tax and audit. He commented: “I’m thrilled to be joining such an exceptional international team. Manchester is a hotbed of innovative SMEs that can really benefit from expert M&A advice, and I can’t wait to get stuck in.”
